[[The Holy Teachings of the Empire]]

While the Sun Elves may have shown the Empire of Man the way it should walk, it was the people themselves who tread that path. For centuries did the dutiful lay down the self to take up their burden of the Solar Temple. But there was little guidance beyond what was burning within one's heart. This was until the fateful day during the Age of Legend, in which [name], during a solar eclipse, discovered upon the altar a flaming tome, burning bright within the capital temple of the Sun. This book was called the [x], or the Book of the Flaming Tongue. Within held the history of the divine, the true history according to a divine prophet of Solarius himself, as well as the scriptures we know and follow today.

The book itself is actually a collection of [x] books, each with different intentions.

The first is a recollection of [The Ego Emperor] and his ascension to the heavens within a burning chariot. This book is mainly concerned with the goings of the empire and how a king and it's subjects should behave. This is the most important book.

The second, the wanderings of the Scorched Prophet, details more esoteric ideals upon the Prophet's journey across all of the lands as well as into the Firmament, with a detailing of the Palace of Flames. The third book holds a story about a Brother and a Sister, the brother being the youngest. Within a time of turmoil, the Sister had to leave the family to aid in a far off war threatening their borders, and leaves the brother behind.

The younger brother goes through emotional stages, eventually landing on the decision to join the militia and train so that he could follow his sister and aid in her struggle. A decade goes by, and they reunite. The Sister is married and a leader, even a Paladin. The Brother is a hardened warrior, chilvarous and orderly, and a Templar. On greeting, the Brother says "I am so glad to have found what I have been looking for" to which the older and wiser sister retorts "You seem to have found it far before reaching my door." It teaches that purpose can be found in service to the Empire, as well as romanticized roles for men and women.

Some claim there are more books, but depending on where in the city you live and what influence, this could be seen as heretical. The most common heresy is a fourth book, which claims that [smuged out] Replaced [smuged out]
